Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.flora-flow.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Most shipments originate at our Trenton NJ factory. Occasionally we ship from other warehouses with the goal of getting goods to you as soon as possible.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If the shipping cost calculated at checkout differs from the actual calculated shipping cost by more than 50% we reserve the right to cancel your order. This occasionally occurs on vary light items that are subject to dimensional weight charges (especially on UPS) that haven’t been offset by other items in the shipment. Believe it or not, it is really hard to determine an actual shipment costs for anything except a fixed order due to a number of factors (such as available box sizes, packing materials, nesting of items, etc).

A note on costs:  First class packages less than 13 oz generally cost less the $5 to ship.  On the east coast USPS is generally cheaper to residential addresses.  Full cases of mats weigh 23-33 lbs and cost about $20-$50 to ship depending on east vs west coast addresses.

 
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.flora-flow.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Most carriers provide tracking number within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

If we can do it, we will. If you enter your address in our system and our postal calculator produces a class of service and a price, we can likely ship the item to you. If the shipping cost are higher than quoted during checkout we may contact your or cancel the order.

We have successfully shipped to Canada and Israel.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.flora-flow.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.flora-flow.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
